Personal Loan is any legitimate purpose Loan

• Loan amount ranging from BDT  50, 000 to BDT 40 Lac or 15 times of Gross Monthly Income, whichever is lower

• Flexible repayment through Equal Monthly Installments (EMIs) over 6 to 60 months.

• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 60 years
  [Maturity date of loan must not exceed retirement age or 60 years of borrower and guarantor whichever is earlier]
• Minimum 1 year as permanent job, with minimum 6 months of continuous employment as permanent with present employer.
• Minimum 3 years as per Trade License (Businessman)
• Minimum TK. 25,000/- per month for private organization's employee
• Minimum TK. 15,000/- per month for BGB & government employees
• Minimum Tk.50,000/- for business man

Common/Compulsory Documents:

• Photocopy of NID of loan applicant and guarantor.
• Passport size photograph of loan applicant and guarantor.
• Visiting Card or Office ID copy of both loan applicant and guarantor (if applicable).
• Utility bill copy.
• e-TIN Certificate.

For Salaried Individuals:

• Proof of employment, i.e., Letter of Introduction (LOI).
• Pay slip/salary certificate.
• Cash voucher for the last 6 months (if applicable).
• Last 6 months’ Bank Statement.
• For Self-Employed Professionals (Doctors)
• BMDC Certificate.
• Bank Statement.
• Customer declaration for practice income on Chamber pad (if applicable).

For Self-Employed Professionals (Chartered Accountants, Engineers, Architects, etc.):

• Photocopy of Membership Card/Professional Certificate.
• Last 12 months’ Bank Statement.

For Self-Employed Non-Professionals (Businessmen):

• Up-to-date Trade License (if applicable).
• Registered Partnership Deed for partnership concerns (if applicable).
• MOA & Certificate of Incorporation for limited companies (if applicable).
• Last 12 months’ Bank Statement.

Additional Documents for Self-Employed Professionals:

• Professional certificate issued by respective authorized institution.
• Income declaration n on individual chamber pad signed by applicant. 
• Certificate of membership in a professional association

Additional Documents for Landlords:

• Registered title deed with mutation copy
• Updated land tax receipt
• Rent receipts or rental deeds.
• Updated utility Bills

Property Documents:

• Documents and agreements related to property ownership
• Approved plan copies from concerned authority
