• E-tin certificate/ Latest tax clearance certificate/return receipt of tax.
• Photocopy of National ID Card of applicant and Guarantor.
• Sanction letter and repayment statement of existing loans (if any). 
• Visiting card or office ID
• Copy of utility bills (Electricity/Water/Gas, only for Landlords).

For Salaried Individuals:

• Proof of Employment: Letter of Introduction (LOI).
• Salary details: Pay slip/salary certificate or cash vouchers for the last 3 months.

For Businessperson: 

• Trade license (up to date for the last 3 years).
• Rental/ownership deed of trading/factory premises.
• Registered partnership deed (for partnership concerns).
• MOA, AOA, Form- X & XII and Certificate of Incorporation (for limited companies).
• Latest offer letter of OD/CC/TR/Hypo etc.
• Latest Tax certificate of the company.
• Latest 1-year bank statement of the company 
• Related license from concerned authority based on the business category.

Additional Documents for Self-Employed Professionals:

• Professional certificate issued by respective authorized institution.
• Income declaration n on individual chamber pad signed by applicant. 
• Certificate of membership in a professional association

Additional Documents for Landlords:

• Registered title deed with mutation copy
• Updated land tax receipt
• Rent receipts or rental deeds.
